PAINFUL! AN EXIT SO PAINFUL!!!
With tears in my eyes and heavy sadness in my heart, I write this tribute to an extraordinary woman, who by divine providence, we were brought to the same family by marriage where I found in her a sister and friend.
We met and spoke few days before her departure. There was no indication of her possible death, at least this would have prepared my heart for this unplanned tribute. It is still unbelievable but true that my sister Helen is no more. Each time I see her pictures, I still feel as if she had travelled. Her life was a blessing to many as she was a woman with a large heart, compassionate, unity binder, a peacemaker, a great achiever, an epitome of virtues, a unique woman, full of humility and respect, a source of inspiration and courage to thousands of serious minded persons.
It is difficult coming to terms with the fact that she is no more. I still find it very hard to believe that she is gone! The experience is terrible!!! But I am daily consoled that in her short stay on earth, she touched many lives positively. There will never be another Sister Helen to us, her husband, children and her siblings. May our merciful God grant her eternal rest in heaven. Amen.
